Caroupe is a unique marketplace specifically for the automotive industry connecting customers to local automotive merchants. Caroupe is the largest online, digital, mobile marketplace where customers can easily search, select and purchase services for their vehicle. Caroupe’s solution to the ever-growing difficulty to find automotive services is to bring together merchants to offer the most reliable services at affordable prices to customers in one online platform.
Setting up your Account
1. Visit our website www.caroupe.com and select the Become a Merchant icon located in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Select Become a Merchant (New User)
3. Create your Merchant account, enter a valid email address, and a password.
4. Select continue to create your account.
5. Complete the registration form by filling the credentials, business name, first and last name.
6. Select and agree to Caroupe’s Terms and Conditions and select Create my Account.
7. Complete your Profile with Business information and submit your company trade license along to merchants@caroupe.com to activate your account.
8. A verification email will be sent within 24hrs confirming the activation of your account.
Advertising
1. Visit your merchant dashboard and select the Products icon located in the tool column.
2. Select the +Add Product icon located in the top right of the page
3. Upload an optional image of the specific service offered max file size 500KB.
4. Complete the relevant fields ensuring the product details are correct and that the Terms and Conditions of your product is carefully revised.
5. Select continue to submit, you will receive a verification email within 24hrs informing that your product is active online for customers to redeem.
Closing your Merchant Account
1. The Merchant may terminate their Account upon 7 days notice Email or by telephoning Caroupe Portals designated customer support centre. The Merchant’s termination request may be recorded by Caroupe Portal and will require the Merchant’s user name and password and verification code. Please refer to section 12.2 in the T&C’s.
